Above Thailand

The little screens in front of every seat tells a lot of information. While I am writing this we are flying over Thailand and have about 3 hours to go before landing in Taipei.

We are over an hour early because we have had tail wind (of up to 200km/hr) most of the way.

The temperature outside is -50 degrees C. We flew over Afghanistan on the way. I have been able to sleep for about 3 hours. Esther hasn’t slept though. We land at about 7 am local time and will be heading to Holiday Inn Taipei where we will sleep for a few hours.

It has been a really pleasant flight so far, the flight crew are very friendly. Joan, Esther and I had a game of cards, and not on the computer screen!
